Many of you have suffered Sign-In Error in YouTube on any Custom ROM. But I found a way to fix it. I found this one on a Forum-Thread.
So I will post it here: YouTube v4.1.23
It is completely working on any Custom ROMS without any Sign-In problem.

STEPS TO INSTALL:
- Download Titanium Backup from here: Titanium Backup
- Open Titanium Backup and go to Backup/Restore.
- Now locate the YouTube app.
- Press the YouTube app and something will pop-out.
- Then press 'Un-install!' and select 'Yes'.
- When the uninstallation is done, download the YouTube APK from below.
- Install the YouTube APK like a normal app.
- Then you are all done.
