You would need to download the following first:
Extract the ZIP files above and install the drivers files.
    
  Steps to Update the firmware:
  1. Start the Odin Flasher that has already been downloaded and extracted.
  2. Look for the options  Re.Partition, Auto Reboot, F.Reset Time.
  3. Click on the PIT button and select coriemmc_0117.pit file.
  4. Click on BOOTLOADER and select DefaultCalDataWithBoot_S5300xxxxx_REV04.tar.md5.
  5. Click on the PDA button and select PDA_S5300xxxxx_REV04.tar.md5
  6. Click on the PHONE button and select MODEM_S5300xxxxx_REV04.tar.md5
  7. Click on the CSC button and select GT-S5300-MULTI-CSC-Oxxxxx.tar.md5
  8. Startup the phone in Recovery mode pressing the volume down, Power up and Home button together.
  9. Connect your Galaxy Pocket to your Computer via USB cable.
  10. Wait for the Odin flasher to detect your phone's COM port number.
  11. Click on the Start button and grab a cup of coffee.
  12. Sit back and sip your coffee.
  13. Odin will automatically reboot your phone.
  14. You can now disconnect the phone from your PC.
Enjoy your Rooted and upgraded Samsung Galaxy Pocket. You can now install any custom ROM or upgrade it to Android ICS as soon as any ROM comes up.

Hey its been a very long time,since i posted any custom rom for galaxy pocket,but that is over now as i.promise to be mote consistent now than ever. I will be posting a rom called simple rom.
simple rom v1 is a simple and light weight rom that offers smooth performance while the v2, is a modified simple rom.In v2 things are much more quick,fluent and beautiful.

FEATURES OF SIMPLE ROM:
1. New dialer
2. New address book
3. Icons ICS
4. New settings
5. New theme s3
6. Equalizer for better

INSTALLATION GUIDE.
* Place Simple  v1.zip Rom on the root of your sdcard

* Boot to the recovery mode

* Wipe data and Wipe cache.

* Select install zip from sdcard in the menu of cwm

* Select Choose zip from sdcard.

* Now scroll to Simple rom version 1 and select it to install.

* After installing version 1,Follow the same process to flash version 2.

* Now after flashing v1 and v2,you can wipe data and cache again.

* Reboot your Device and enjoy the rom.

Starting Development For Galaxy Pocket

It been a while i posted on this blog,and am so sorry for that.As we all know development have been stalled for galaxy pocket this recent time.So am making myself available to start or collaborate with anyone who want to develop for galaxy pocket.I will contant some gurus in making custom roms,so that i will be put through in the act of making custom rom.All my aim is that development for galaxy pocket will not stop,aleast not now.
I will be starting these by next month as i am very busy right at this moment,so if you will like to join, to make galaxy pocket world bounce back to life again again,you just simply need to intrest by commenting on this post.Thanks.

Then i got an idea to change the character of gangstar wch

I just follow my idea to change sumthing
I done all i thaught & when i open the game

I got more problem to do that but no problem finally i done & now i want to share my work to all who want to do this
